Regents
of Evil (R.O.E.) is a collection of villains (Justice
Server) that are united by the ties of dark magic,
be it the practice of the dark arts or being a product
of darkness (demon, zombie, werewolf, or other supernatural
force). Members need not be of magic origin.

This
powerful group of villains was founded even before
the height of legendary Rogue Isles prison break, when
Ghost Theron began assembling the finest criminal minds
to counter the Paragon heroes' encroachment into the
territory of Lord Recluse.
Though
the Regents of Evil are allied with Arachnos and their
leader Lord Recluse, the enemies of R.O.E. are plentiful,
even in the Rogue Isles. The Circle of Thorns continues
to attempt to assert themselves at the expense of R.O.E.,
and are battled often. The heroes have also foolishly
attempted to bring about their form of order in pockets
of the isles, and suffer the same fate all enemies
of R.O.E. are dealt.
The
Regents of Evil continue to accept worthy criminals
into our fold. Those who have a connection to darkness
and are active in their fight against the enemy are
welcome to petition
for acceptance.
Important
events in our earlier history include:
January 29, 2006
The Circle of Thorns ambushes Ghost Theron
with an entire legion of Behemouths, and the undead mastermind
is taken away from the Rogue Isles into the undeground
network of the Circle. The Regents' founder's whereabouts
are unknown.
December
8, 2005
Vault is purchased for base,
bringing together all of the rooms necessary for base raids. Gallery and Links pages
are added to the website.
November
29, 2005
The one month anniversary of the founding of Regents
of Evil brings a new domain name and on-site
forums!
November
16, 2005
A surge in prestige leads to the completion of the
base infirmary, including a mystical resuscitation ring
and bed.
November
13, 2005
Workshop is completed with a basic forge for crafting
arcane items from collected salvage.
November
1, 2005
A crystal of power is acquired by the Regents of
Evil, and is installed in a magical base capable of providing
power to the group's base.
October
29, 2005
Regents of Evil founded by Ghost Theron. Draculas
becomes the first agent of the newly-formed collective.
R.O.E. base begins construction.
October
28, 2005
Ghost Theron and many of the current group take advantage
of the chaos at the Rogue Isles Prison, and escape to
Fort Darwin on Mercy Island.
